There is also this post with a loose of power wile running in veg oil mode, the system used is similar to the one you are up to:

- I will put the uberstromventil on top of the second filter.boomer a écrit :Hi,
I’ve looked at the photos you’ve send of your diesel filters and noticed that you didn’t plug the return nuzzle that is on top the same way as it was (the one with the uberstromventil). It should be on top of the second filter (the last one before the injection pomp) so it can get rid of the bubbles created by heat in both filters and go back to your tank. I’m not sure because we can’t see it well on the photos but did you plug the return of your injection pump on top of this filter ? If it is you should not run your engine like this, if I understand well it will increase the pressure inside your injection pump....
- As you see this came from factory like this, the return of the pump (thats what i dhink it us) I think is connected to the uberstromventil on the filter.
Look, from a very well known mercedes benz builder, uberstromventil at first filter and connected to pump return
I willboomer a écrit :A work that you can do is to draw us the original fuel path of your engine if you don’t find it… It could help.
i dont have those.boomer a écrit :If you want to pull through those filters the most important thing to do is to condemn this uberstromventil (soupape ou étrangleur de décharge in french, I don’t know in English). And then to pump the air out with your added bulb pump through the two screws on top of your filters (the one were the uberstromventil was plugged and the one were you’ve plugged the uberstromventil) If you don’t have the specials screws that are made for this, the ones shown on this image:
okboomer a écrit :To me it won’t help putting the filters lower…
So i will loop it. like this oneboomer a écrit :My guess why the diesel path doesn’t come looped from the factory is because of the bubbles problem and that the diesel needs to be cooled. With veg oil heat is your friend (in an acceptable limit) and if you are able to manage with the bubble problem it can be a solution. I will try a looped system on my MB 814 (with it’s engine that is the next generation of yours) wen I have the equipment needed and time.

Re: [HELP-NEW] EcoBus. MB1114. Bi-Carburation
I am not sure this setup will work, factory mount is different the lift pump does not push through the injection pump directly, is actually goes through the filter that has a return pipe. So we can suppose that the pressure from the lift pump might ne too high for the IP, in this case a derivation would be necessary

Family.
I been reading the post you told me to read.
What do you talk about when you say FACET? Thats how google translates.
Facet vs gear?
http://www.oliomobile.org/viewtopic.php ... 7&start=20
So my PI is low pressure?
So i know where to read.
Thanks ! a lot!
I am doing my best.
I will post soon the engine original circuit.

Should i manufacture this one? More data?Tibo1987 a écrit :-for electric heating, I manufacture for 3 under internal coiled heaters that I greatly appreciate; big advantage it heats up quickly and the fuel is at temperature at the same time as the engine (or even before) there are other systems on the other hand the oil temperature sensor is always DOWNSTREAM of the heater with a small strainer of plumbing inserted between the 2 to catch the graillou possibly formed on the heating elements.

Re: [HELP-NEW] EcoBus. MB1114. Bi-Carburation
Hi alma,
This drawing would effectively work with your assembly, but you must first solve the problems of this assembly: the bubble problem and the lost of power wile making the feed pump pull through the filters instead of pushing through them. To me if you can feel that the engine is not running well you shouldn’t leave it like this…
I prefer the one before.
Facet is a brand name of PG (: booster pump)
Your PI is low pressure
Look What I have done for you (and for me I won't lie, I do show interest in understanding :
3 drawings of different pluggings of the OM 352 taken on youtube:
from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSCVr289qW8
from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tq-Rdfz61h0
from: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdZ64khgxzI
I inverted the diesel path in the PI, it was easier to draw
PI: injection pump
PA: original feed pump
F: filters
GO: diesel tank
UBER: uberstromventil
Is your one one of them?

Re: [HELP-NEW] EcoBus. MB1114. Bi-Carburation
Well none of the double tanks systems you proposed does manage to mimic the original system ; which is the PA (lift pump) pushing through the filter, towards the injection pump and the return to the tank.
Concerning the drawings of boomer, well it seems 1 and 2 are the same ; it makes no difference to join the return of the pump right after the filter or later on the line.
the third one has the venting (uberstromventil) on the fist filter instead of the second.... which does not make a major difference to me.
I join boomer, if your engine is not running smoothly like it did before transformation of the fuel system, then you need to work on it until retrieving the original behavior.
On my merc, I had to add a return line after the PA to the return.
you may see the scheme here at the botom of the page

me:
My concern was about plug it like this and not having from there a return pipe to the DI tank... I had to precise because when I read myself again I had the feeling that it wasn't clear enough...I’m not sure because we can’t see it well on the photos but did you plug the return of your injection pump on top of this filter ? Re: [HELP-NEW] EcoBus. MB1114. Bi-Carburation
My friends,
since I went back to the original system, its running perfect.
I only use it with gasoil though.
Not Vegetable now.
Still in the city, i would love to use it for the road with WVO.
So the system I used to have and i have back again is this one.
But i will put it like this because air from the second filter wont be able
to get out.
About this one i dont really understand the schematic, could you help me?
So if i get well this:
Gasoil and WVO go into the EV6
Get out to
the first little image i dont get it (its another extra pump?) FILTER?(it cant be)
I need to have sepate filters and i have one after the PA for diesel
And i should put one for WVO so the preassure doesnt boder the PI
Then to PA PI INJOS
Out to EV6
one out to gasoil tank
another one out to ev3 for wha) loop or not loop?
whats the need for this?
and vanne line for what?
Sorry so many questions.
I want to understand.
Tibokit i realize as you say it wouldnt work because it dosent have filters
after PA.
god bless!

Why this one wont work?
it has filters after PA
It needs uber
and the mixed the return colors HAHAHA
